Taoling Xie, PhD, cofounder, chairman and CEO. Dr.Xie worked for Computer Associates, IBM, University of Maryland and Jet Propulsion Lab on a number of senior positions in management, research and technology in the past 19 years. He also co-founded a few companies in the US, and ran a couple of them as CEO or president. He has a doctoral degree in Astrophysics from Five College Astronomy Department (University of Massachusetts at Amherst), an M.S.degree in Particle Physics from Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a B.S.degree in Nuclear Physics from Peking University. |

Robert K. Wilson, cofounder, president. Mr. Wilson had key positions with many major U.S. technology companies as well as smaller and start-up companies. He has had P & L responsibility for operations in Intel, Dataquest and National Advanced Systems. He has also held key management positions in IBM, Motorola, Sterling Software and Computer Associates. Mr. Wilson has a B.S.degree in Business & Industrial Management with highest distinction, from the University of Kansas. |

William Zhao, general manager, HierStar China Ltd. Mr. Zhao has over 10 years of experience running a very successful Motorola distributor business that he founded in China as the president and general manager. Prior to that, he worked for People’s Bank of China and other government banking institutions as senior technical and managerial executives. Mr. Zhao has a B.S. degree in Computer Sciences and Communications from Beijing Communications University. |

Maxwell Wong, general manager, HierStar Hong Kong Ltd. Mr. Wong has over twenty-five years of diverse information technologies experience serving as senior managers and executives at IBM, JP Morgan, Citigroup and University of Maryland.
