2006.08 - HierStar (China) Limited has agreed to acquire significant equity stake of Hisencyber (Beijing) Ltd. Dr. Taoling Xie has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors for Hisencyber (Beijing) Ltd. Dr. Xie will remain as CEO of HisenseSoft Corporation. In addition, Howard Hu has been appointed VP of Sales at Hisencyber (Beijing) Ltd.

2006.03 - Howard Hu appointed VP of Sales for HierStar (China) Limited reporting to Mr. Weimin Zhao. Mr. Hu will be responsible for directing channel sales and marketing in China.
